I hereby grant Micah's Visionary Photography permission to utilize my photographs and likeness in all media formats for purposes including, but not limited to, advertising, portfolio, demonstrations, trade, stock photography, editorial use, and artistic alterations, without restrictions. I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation for such use.

I release Micah's Visionary Photography from any claims or liabilities related to the use of my images and likeness. I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and fully comprehend the terms of this release.
